Some preflight check whether there is an audio file used in any of the comps and then enabling the checkbox/ presenting a warning sure wouldn't hurt...

So, if AE treated an output module with the audio checkbox ON as meaning “output audio if the comp has audio” instead of the current “output audio even if the comp doesn’t have audio”, would that cause trouble for anyone? Presumably that change would fix the above problems, if we also defaulted the audio checkbox ON in the shipping presets.
