If you do forget to include audio when you render from AE, it is normally a quick job to output the audio as a separate file, just select one of the Audio Only output modules.  Then open your QT mov and the audio track in to QT player.  Select All on the audio, copy and then with the mov selected, choose Edit > Add to Movie.  This will add the audio track for you. All you need to do next is save and the audio will be saved with your mov without recompressing.

I'm sure most of you know this tip but I thought it might be useful for those that don't.
