Ouah! Very impressive Zax… I found your sample movies very realistic: the way the flag moves is much more natural than what I have seen in the past… great job!
now if I could only put a European flag :-)

If you are working on Election coverage promos and such, you might
like to know that we are soon to release a new version of our 3D Flag
plug-in which has tons of new features in it, some of them work
especially well for election reveals.

The flags can have different pictures on the front versus the back.

Animations are now loopable.  Perfectly, frame-accurately loopable.

Flags can be rolled up then dropped, or arranged as curtains and opened.

You can set the flags in customizable floor stands, wall brackets or
lamp posts.

Flag decorations, top caps and stands can be built in other 3D
programs, and will import as full 3D geometry inside of AE.

The physics is now more realistic, and it's easier to create several
flags that look like they are part of the same wind, but have their
own "personality."

You can now flatten out a moving flag so it becomes a flat plane, or
start as a flat plane and unflatten into a moving flag.  Useful for
transitioning between flags and  flat footage.

You can see an example on our site http://zaxwerks.com
