I think our notion= s of network speed are going to drastically change over the next 10-15 years= . Given how much of all of our lives are becoming dependent on online = and mobile communication. Think of the jump from 300 baud modems to ve= rizon fios… and the demand for faster network speeds by the gene= ral public is only going to grow. So there is a market based incentive= for the technology to change exponentially faster.
