My brother taught me a "rule" of animation at an early age: Every frame =
takes the same amount of time. It doesn't matter how fast you or your =
tools are; the limit is your threshold of patience (or the client's =
deadline) - and you'll do everything your tools at hand allow up to that =
threshold.

That's why we switched from per hour to per job billing. Bill as if you =
knew what you were doing and had the right tools, so you don't penalize =
yourself later when you finally get there.
