| I too was an early Electric Image and Media 100 Mac User, Thanks to the Bradley Group. Good News was that they introduced me to COSA ( AE ) :P

I bought into EIAS around the same time and paid for plug-ins too. Their marketing department was mad at the person who sold to me, but why taunt me over their departure? Their modeller was useless and I wouldn't upgrade for the bug fixes either. Ancient history, I guess.

Don't get me started - I bought EI 2.9.2 back in the day for $2500, 6 months later they dropped the price
to $200 (or so) and when they wanted me to upgrade to v3.0 they had the nerve to ask for a $400 upgrade fee. Their marketing material were misleading in my option (they featured work by Paul Schbiteroff sp? - and there is no way I was getting that type of reflection or look out EI anytime soon) I switched to cinema 4d and vowed to never give another cent to EI. Of course I deserve some if not all of the blame for my purchase - I didn't try out the software (it was 1999 and downloading a whole program to try out was still a new idea) and I went against the advice of a friend who suggested C4D.
Sorry for the rant Timt
iPhone EIAS has just released v9.
