with MochaImport+ you can select the layer you tracked and click on the "Track in Mocha" button of MochaImport+. It will fin= d the existing project for this clip (given that you created it with MochaImport+) and open it automatically. If you have several projects for different ranges of the clip, it will find them all and let you choose which one of them to open.

This is definitely faster than navigating though the folders of your drive manually.

It works with all mocha versions including the CS6 version.
