Primarily the ability to have a single copy of a "master effect" applied to multiple layers, and able to update instantly on all those layers with a single set of controls. You can rig this up using expressions and scripts but I wish there was an easier way. Additionally, better EXR handling and support! Maybe a 3d layer pass compositing mode, instead of having to precomp 20 layers with mattes and blending modes... on another note, I just wanted to say the updates to the rotobrush in CS6 are really quite incredible. I'm working on a job that would have taken me over a month in less than a week. Keep improving the algos on rotobrush! please! Once you understand how it works (and it's not super intuitive) it is one of the single best tools AE has to offer. Even in situations where mocha fails...
