It has promise, but I think it needs a scale factor. It also conv= erts tangent keyframes of objects in both AfterFX and 3dsMax to a keyframe = at every frame (which it must do for transform conversion, particularly qua= ts -> euler/ max ->AE) though these can be worked around with parented Prox= ies.
