Try re-installing or contacting the publisher for assistance." OK, so I run my CS6 installer, which has an Adobe AIR for Apple iOS support (FP). I don't use iOS (to my knowledge), but run the installer and I still get the same situation. I found and deleted the prefs for the Adobe Help app. That didn't help either. Seems like invoking Help used to just launch my default browser which took me to the Ae Help page on the web. I have the page bookmarked because of this, but I'd like to fix this, if possible. .
