I have also found your chair to be as important as your pointing device. Make sure your elbows are slightly elevated above mousing surface and don't use your wrist, use your whole arm. Adjustable chair-arms are a must

I use a wacom and use the screen tap as left click, stylus button one as middle and stylus button 2 as right click. Plus intuous and cintiqs can be heavily configured with modifiers and macros (even long multi button inputs). Works great. I say go tablet

sorry to bring up this topic again, but I recently have been experiencing some RSI symptoms and I have a couple questions:
- to the people who have simply switched mouse hands (right <> left), how do you deal with your keyboard? Do you still use the modifier keys on the left side, or do you switch to the right? if you switch to the right, what do you do about undo (cmd/cntr - Z) copy, paste, select all, redo etc... ?
- to those who use a tablet, do you find you still have the same functionality as your 3-button mouse? I rely heavily on mouse buttons, especially for general camera navigation in C4D, and am concerned because the stylus only appears to have 2 buttons. Also, no more scroll-wheel, correct?
