I had a very nasty situation (spontaneous reboots) that eventually resolved to a bad contact between the B board and the motherboard and was solved by pulling all the ram off the B board. OWC assured me that it was OK to load all of the slots of the A board and leave the B board empty, which got me working again with 8 of my 9 gig of ram.
