| Silentina is used often in actual silent film restorations... http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/typodermic/silentina/ Problem is, most intertitles were hand lettered, so a font looks too uniform to the picky, but I don't know of anyone who still practices the art of hand lettering for signs.
