To me it looks like they used alternating frames from two different cameras, perhaps one of those stereoscopic set ups. I didn't notice much frame blending on my phone. Maybe it's more apparent on a bigger screen. The flickering between alternate viewpoint is an interesting technique. Sent from the ubiquitous Apple communication device I like to call Boris. Hence the brevity and poor spelling.
