Phil =96 the script worked for about 40% of the shots. Even using the = region of interest, it sometimes jumped over several seconds of footage = where the movement was obvious but not, shall I say, overt. The shots it = processed well were not 100% correct and some duplicate frames were left = in. 2. Carey =96 there are no fields in the footage so there was no pulldown = to remove. 3. Brian =96 flipping the speed, the reverse of what you suggested, that = is, setting the duration to 80%, nailed it exactly. Every fifth frame, = which was a duplicate of the forth frame, was eliminated. Thanks again to everyone, and to this list, which has given me tools to = work more efficiently and inspired me in so many different ways. Try choosing that in = the Interpret footage dialog and report = back.
Timewarp/speed up by 125%. You may have to adjust the = start frame of the speed up to get the cadence = right.

Once again unto the = breach . . .

I have several clips that = originated in film, maybe originally 24 fps, rendered at 23.986 at some = point, that were no doubt dropped into an NLE timeline set to 29.97. An especially painful process in AE = which results in endless = layers.
