Fast blur= =2C Gaussian any other favorite filters?I am using AE to scale 1 minute PSA= spots from HD (1920x1080i ProRes QT) to letter box NTSC (720x 486 QT ProR= es).AE=0A= CS6 delivers good quality results. There is occasional NTSC aliasing along= diagonal lines in the video. It was suggested to try adding a slight blur= to improve the end results.
