Thanks for the suggestions. I will run = a test with the Reduce Interlace Flicker and with the 1 = pixel Box Blur.

I did = test runs yesterday in rescaling the HD - SD in Premier Pro = CS6 to compare and AE had slightly better results with the = clips.
