| Nope, I don't even have a "real" watercooling system on there, I just put a closed-loop water cooler (the corsair H80) on the cpu block and have good case airflow. the overclock requires a minor bit of fiddling with BIOS settings to get 4.7 running stable, but you can easily, on air cooling and with automatic settings get around 4.1-4.5 ghz on that sandy bridge chip (the 3930K). I have the asus p9 motherboard which makes it absolutely simple to overclock. The board has a number of failsafes too, so it's not like you're going to fry anything if you don't do it perfectly, either.
