Hi Guys,

I've got a question about rendering form After effects CS6 to Prorez.

What are the benefits of using this Codex. Why is it used ( I'm hearing about it a lot the last time)

Now I render out in  to qucitime and than use quictime pro 7 to convert the mov file to a .mp4 (H264 file)

Hope to hear some good info about this.
