Thanks - I do have 26 Gigs for AE.

I've tried turning Mulitprocessing on and then off - all with the same results.
I am rendering Best - and have tried Pro Res 422, h.264, and photoJPG all at 100% quality.
The strange thing is - that I can RAM preview at 100% and save that - but the render fails...
Could it be hardware based?
Cheers - Rachel
Using Render Multiple Frames Simultaneously multiprocessing?
What are your render settings and output module settings?

OMG, please help me!
Has anyone ever seen this behavior or error?
I can RAM preview and save that (THANKFULLY) but when I render - it takes 55 minutes and fails and AE seems to be loading all the available RAM and then failing the render when there is no RAM left.
I have tried restarting, purging, not looking...
My comp is 2000x1900.
I have 32 gigs of RAM - OS X 10.8.2
2 x 2.93 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon
Any ideas? Thanks, Rachel
