Adobe hired the Ad agency, the Ad agency hired the Production company, the production company hired the post house, and on it goes.
there's no real way to prevent that sort of thing and if you tried it would surely fail for some reason.
Not very productive to tell artists what tools they must use after hiring them based on past work.
