This is for theatrical, so artifacts are an issue. I've got Magic Bullet Frames, Twixtor, Premiere, AE as likely tools. I've done lots of 60i to 24p but my first theatrical 30p to 24p. Or more precisely (for Chris M.), 29.97p to 24.000fps J.
