| HI, I have used Fontagent Pro to manage my fonts for a number of years now. It has worked pretty well for me with most of the CS products, and a little spotty with AE. Tried Fontagent Pro 4 and 5. Now it the application seems to be completely useless with AE. I have tried Font Explorer and Suitcase Fusion (latest versions). Same results. AE does not seem to see the activated fonts presented by these applications. If I add the fonts via Fontbook (Apples resident font manager) the fonts will appear. So the question being asked is whether or not these products work for you in terms or adding fonts or for automatic activation. I am running AE 11.0.2 (CS6) and a Mac Pro with Mountain Lion 10.8.2. Also my understanding is that the OS should be managing auto-activation even without 3rd-party applications. Thanks, Russ |
