This is not true of the "headless" version of the application that serves f= rames over Dynamic Link; it uses just the CPU. This means, for example, tha= t rendering an After Effects composition in Adobe Media Encoder will only u= se the CPU. Also, no decoding or encoding is done on the GPU.
