You just modify a settings in the preferences fi= le. The menu in the After Effects Preferences dialog box has a few preset v= alues, but you can change what those menu items are. Mine only allows me to use 3Gb max per core. I've got the 32core with 64Gb of RAM. even if I turn down the amount of cores, the max. RAM doesn't go up....=
