They would probably just send a cease and desist letter; but anything is possible -- they could decide to make an example of you. I wouldn't put a reel with a copyrighted song up on a more public venue like YouTube for instance.
Then there is the issue of what potential clients and other production pros think of someone who is welling to ignore copyright. You might lose work.
I personally wouldn't do it.
