Hey Peter,
Are you seeing those tracks on the meters? If so it may be a monitoring question. Using a mixer, or straight out of the card?
If not, maybe track mapping? Where are they in your timeline, and in what kind of track? Standard vs. mono, etc. It matters how you set your audio tracks up in the first place.
If you're seeing the waveforms in your timeline, check your track mixer and see where you're sending them.
