It now records 72 Mbit h264 = (intra frame) that is very lossless. I like shooting 24p but it will = shoot 60fps, even at this data rate. I haven't tried the slow motion = feature on top of 60fps, but I would imagine you can push it further as = there is a slow motion feature. I've only had the camera a week but am = super impressed by the quality. Also does 16MP stills. You can shoot = stills at the same time as you are shooting video without interrupting = the video recording.
