In After Effects, go to Edit-> Templates -> Output Module.
From the window that comes up, click the "Save All" button on the lower left. This saves all your output module presets as a ".aom" file.
To import those saved settings, you use the "Load" button from the same template window. Don't worry about importing duplicate templates, AE will ignore them.

Can I export the windows settings and import them on the mac? I hope I'm being clear. It would take a long time to manually enter all the settings on the mac and they are in different suites too.
