Use the "PAL D1/DV Widescreen" comp preset and drop you HD format into this
and use "Fit to Comp Height" to make it fit, or just use "Fit to Comp" if
you don't care for a bit stretched footage, i do this regularly just to
avoid the small black pillarboxes in the sides
