Hi, I’m wondering if anyone in Australia has managed to subscribe to the Adobe Cloud?
When signed in it says congrats you qualify, hit the Buy it now button & get can’t help you now- every time.
After these difficulties I rang the help line. 30 mins wait to get a call centre who said try another browser.
I have tried them all on OS10.6.8 & 10.8.3. Updated flash etc.
Very frustrating. Tried calling the help line again and it’s closed..out of office hours!
Any clues as to what is required? Stand on one leg, third Wednesday of the month, following wind?
This is not the Adobe I know.
