Hey Benny,
I went from C3 to CS6 on this machine, with iterations of all builds. I had those same remnants that the adobe cleaner didn't get, too. I gathered them up manually and burned them to a disc and then deleted all of them. Never gave me trouble and I've never needed that disc....
For what its worth.
