Don't take it personally, but I  think a good thing to ask is...
Has there ever been a cracked version of any adobe software on  the drive in question? 
I struggled with a friend's computer until he told me he had tried a cracked version of cs6 and failed.  Sure enough, his hosts file was blocking a ton of adobe adresses.
Check your hosts file, in case it is blocking any adobe addresses.
I am not accusing, just offering up a possible option to explore.
if not, use the Brute Force Method. erase everything and re-install
