BTW, I haven't checked CS 6 but in earlier versions there was a Keylight glitch (bug?) where if you pasted a mask on to a layer with Keylight already applied it was automatically set as an inner mask, which usually was a bad thing. This was / is a pain when pasting garbage mattes, but is probably not the cause of your problem as it would affect all frames, not just the first.
