How would one go about creating an animated object using a proper 3D app like C4D but get rendered look typical of an AE infographic. Flat areas of color, minimal shading and textures, but retaining the dimensionality of said object. For example a book opening and pages turning, that had faux text appear on the page, that could be rotated in space, while looking essentially like an icon in basic two-color. Creating something in 2.5D in AE would be simple and the look is easy to acheive, but any 3D camera or object motion would have to be kept very basic to hide the gag. cheers Adam Mercado Influxx Media Production Fullerton, CA Moving Images.
