Todd can post all the links to CC FAQs that he has time for, but the= reality is, most people won't go through the trouble to clarify these quest= ions for themselves. They see the word "Cloud", instantly associate it with t= he problems of Apple and Googles cloud issues, and they freak out and start s= peculating on doomsday scenarios that, while valid theoretical concerns, are= non issues in real world practice.
