I won't pretend to have looked at all of the prices in all of the different locales, but I do know that there are differences in rules regarding whether tax needs to be included in the advertised price, etc.
When I look at UK pricing, for example, I see £27.34 per month incl. VAT. But when I look at the US, I see US $29.99 per month not including tax. If I add our sales taxes in there, the US and UK prices are very close.

Now here's the part of Adobe-logic I will never get. It's called THE cloud, but apparently there are more than one cloud, the more expensive one is reserved for us Europeans. Is the extra length of fibre putting a strain on their servers? Is it an export tax? Are all non-US "cloud foreigners"?
I saw the reason for the price difference when you added in boxing and shipping and local resellers, but there's no more of that now, so what gives?
Other than that I'm perfectly at ease with CC already. and juggling my license on 3 macs with no issues. But this price discrimination makes me just say blæh.
