We will make older versions available for much longer than one year. Our current commitment is to have at least five major versions available to Creative Cloud subscribers. So, for example, when After Effects 15 (or whatever it’s called) is released, you’ll still be able to download and install After Effects 11 (which is CS6).

One of my main concerns stems from the 'misconceptions' video that was released yesterday. (http://tv.adobe.com/watch/inside-creative-cloud/the-myths-of-adobe-creative-cloud/)  During the answer to the question that starts at 2:20, am I to understand that if I'm a CC subscriber, I have one year to upgrade to whatever the newest release is?

As it is now, I have hardware that supports CS4 at maximum, and as a nonprofit we don't have funds to upgrade that hardware anytime soon. I use CS4 practically every day.

I can envision a time in the future as a CC subscriber that I'll be in the same boat - CC system requirements move ahead, and my hardware compatible. So what happens after one year?
