Are there any month-to-month options with CC (specifically Creative Cloud for Teams), or are there only yearly plans?  Monthly would be great for when we need to bring in freelancers!

One of my main concerns stems from the 'misconceptions' video that was released yesterday. (http://tv.adobe.com/watch/inside-creative-cloud/the-myths-of-adobe-creative-cloud/)  During the answer to the question that starts at 2:20, am I to understand that if I'm a CC subscriber, I have one year to upgrade to whatever the newest release is?

As it is now, I have hardware that supports CS4 at maximum, and as a nonprofit we don't have funds to upgrade that hardware anytime soon. I use CS4 practically every day.

I can envision a time in the future as a CC subscriber that I'll be in the same boat - CC system requirements move ahead, and my hardware compatible. So what happens after one year?
