As of today, the only versions yet released on Creative Cloud are CS6 applications. When the CC versions come out in June, you'll see CS6 and CC versions on Creative Cloud. And so on each time a new version is released.

Also, in response to many speaking about owning software. I haven't looked at the EULA super closely but did we "own" CS6 or just "license" it from Adobe? Just curious. I know a lot of software is in fact licensed and not owned.

One of my main concerns stems from the 'misconceptions' video that was released yesterday. (http://tv.adobe.com/watch/inside-creative-cloud/the-myths-of-adobe-creative-cloud/)  During the answer to the question that starts at 2:20, am I to understand that if I'm a CC subscriber, I have one year to upgrade to whatever the newest release is?

As it is now, I have hardware that supports CS4 at maximum, and as a nonprofit we don't have funds to upgrade that hardware anytime soon. I use CS4 practically every day.

I can envision a time in the future as a CC subscriber that I'll be in the same boat - CC system requirements move ahead, and my hardware compatible. So what happens after one year?
