Than, what we are gonna do? Try to learn Smoke?

Personally I spent 3.000 bucks for the Production Premium. I don't wanna spend money for softwares for a while :(

Don't worry, Avid does it on a regular schedule. We just don't notice because they always blame everyone else...

A film is – or should be – more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what’s behind the emotion, the meaning, all that comes later.

That's good to know, since in addition to my cloud subscription I have one perpetual license for AE CS6. So years and years from now (long after I let my subscription lapse) I suppose I could download a trial version of AECCv35, resave my projects as CS6 and still get to the guts of them. Not exactly how I envisioned my golden years, but one day I may feel nostalgic.

The current intent is to have Save As CS6 in future versions, rather than saving backward one version.
