Yes, we have several counter expressions in the library in the Source Text Bundle. Here is a tutorial:

The biggest advantage is that they are very flexible but also easy to format - just choose which "ingredients" you need (hours, minutes, seconds, milliseconds, am/pm) and then how to combine them to the final format (what separator symbols to use etc).
