Hi

I don't often work with video clips and I need to convert a 25fps 1080p clip to 29.97fps 1080p. I've found this adobe forum link:

...but it seems to relate more to 24fps DV SD video. Is there a fail safe way of going from 25fps/1080p to 29.97fps/1080p in After Effects?

Cheers.
