Cheers Eric - It's a corporate video for internet delivery. I read that it's ok to drop a 23.976fps clip into a 29.97 timeline and it plays back fine so I've done the same with the 25fps clip for now.

Personally, I would just simply change the render settings to 29.97 and render it out and see.  Probably wont notice too much difference.
 
Now, this depends on the purpose and formality of  it all.
