Hi,

I=20 normally only ever do animated video in 1080p 24 fps for web video = (Vimeo,=20 YouTube embed etc.)

Now=20 if someone tells me my video is so awesome it belongs on TV, what is the = simplest, best, easiest acceptable format that a TV station could accept = / work=20 with that I could export to directly from AE?

Now I am not talking about a course in video formats, let us = assume=20 this is a guide for newbies, not someone working in broadcast, also lets = assume=20 that it doesn=E2=80=99t need to be ready to broadcast directly without = preparation ,=20 only a format that they would be happy to work with.

I have a guess that the popular video format of QuickTime, 1080p, = 24fps,=20 H264 lossless is not acceptable? (would be great if it is so I = don=E2=80=99t have to=20 render multiple versions).

I just want a simple answer here, not a handbook or a complicated = guide,=20 thanks.

What is the digital format that would be best (and = ideally small=20 in size but =E2=80=98lossless=E2=80=99) that could be simply uploaded to = FTP or shared on=20 DropBox etc.

I am talking about 3 minute length of video max, so 60 to 180 = seconds. (The=20 type of video is animated cartoon type video).

Perhaps there are alternatives, but I would be happy with just the = best,=20 simplest, smallest, most compatible format.

Thanks in advance,
