Thanks for asking Todd. No new build for CC was necessary. Everyone should download the demo version here: http://www.mettle.com/free-demo/ we will always have the latest and greatest available there.

That said, we are about launch V1.5 of our products. A free update with some really neat new features will be available shortly. Registered users will get early access so if you have not registered with us please do.

Here is a tut showing some of the new features. Fog and Mist. This was created with a very early beta  so you will only see some of the controls for our new "Environment" section. More were added later on in the beta and will be part of the free V1.5 update.

There are even more features that will be shown in an upcoming series by Kevin Schires of  aescripts.com fame. I love the way Kevin thinks... you are in for a treat.

Hopefully more good news coming... if all goes as Apple reports with Mavericks then we should finally have an ATI/AMD driver on the Mac that fully supports our products. At last :-)

We have been good to go on ATI/AMD and  NVIDIA on Windows and NVIDIA on the Mac from the get go.

Cheers,
Chris
