I've had a lot of headaches dealing with that camera's footage, and MXF in general. We ended up purchasing a $30 license for Aiseesoft MXF converter for one project. It was definitely worth it

The Sony F65 importer plug-in was tested and works with Premiere Pro CC (7.0). It doesn't work well in After Effects.
