But, shouldn't be that hard to do in Pr.
Make a new Sequence for each clip by dragging each video item onto the New Sequence icon. Then add & sync the audio.
I have Mac CS6. You can drag multiple Sequences from Pr to AME. I have read you can't do this in Windows, but that may have been one person's issue.
Once in AME (It will take a few seconds for them to Dynamically Link), sélect all the sequences and assign them the same export settings, and hit go.
