Also, just figured out where to get older CS6 versions... you gotta go through the website only.. 

https://creative.adobe.com/products/photoshop for instance... under the "in this version" text, drop it down from CC to CS6 and you can then download the CS6 version..


You have to be logged in on that website to see it though.. it won't show that option if you aren't logged into CC at that site.

I think you are confusing the old Update Manager (which is not AAM) with CCApp. All the updates should be available in both.

Last night I get a notification that there are updates to 5 of my apps.. but it's through the "Adobe Application Manager" and not via the CC app..  I started up the CC app, and it said everything was up to date.
 
Are we really going to need both of these apps to continue forward? I figured the Application Manager had become the CC app.. and that anything Adobe software wise, would be handled via the CC app.
 
Can anyone shed some light on these topics?
