Jayse, Please get your friend to get in contact with Adobe Technical Support so that this problem can be isolated and fixed. If, as you say, there is any way that the CC installation is interfering with CS6 installations, we need to know the details. Also, CS6 _is_ still available. He thought, as I did, that it doesn't change your CS6 install - but apparently it does. He's now lost a full day due to this. (Mid project) Oddly - there's no CS6 downloads available anymore? He was hoping just to reinstall. I thought we were able to use the old if this kind of situation came up? Unfortunately he's having to roll back his whole system. |
